BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

FORM OF PAYMENT
You must make a deposit in advance corresponding to 30% of the total amount by bank transfer or card to guarantee your reservation. The rest will be paid at the hotel upon check-in in cash or by card. € 500 bills are not accepted.
The reservation is not guaranteed until the confirmation email is received by the hotel.
 
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
It is required to contact the hotel to inform about the arrival time.
According to the arrival time, entrance instructions will be provided.
The check-in takes place from 2:00 p.m. on the day of entry and the check-out must be done before 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure. 
There is NO 24-hour reception service, however, it is possible to enter at any time by requesting electronic check-in in advance and paying in advance.
If the arrival time is after 20:00 and the hotel has not been previously notified, the reservation will be canceled.

CANCELLATION POLICY, except restricted rates
- Free cancellation if canceled up to 7 days before the date of entry. The amount paid as a reservation will be fully refunded.
- If you cancel up to 48 hours before the date of entry, the hotel will charge 30% as expenses on the total stay.
- If you cancel after the deadline, the hotel will charge the price of the first night.
- If the client does not show up, the hotel will charge the total amount of the stay.
- Early departure from the second day of stay implies the payment of the full day price.
- Modifying a reservation means canceling it and requesting a new one (subject to availability).
- In case of justified illness, or approval of measures by the Government with travel restrictions, the cancellation is free and the pre-paid amount will be returned.
